Quilt Fevers

Instructor Becky Rogers is an AQS Certified Quilt Appraiser. All classes meet at the Morro Bay Community Center in the Studio.


Tennis Lessons

Certified USPTR Tennis Pro Stephanie Wagner is teaching classes for all ages and instruction levels in Morro Bay. Make tennis a fun experience! Learn the modern game of tennis. Develop your technique and stroke production with Coach Wagner. 
   

 

 

Dog Obedience 


Force-free classes that are fun for owners and dogs. Learn how to teach your best friend to listen to you, come when called, discourage excessive barking, not pulling on the leash, get along with other dogs and people, learn new tricks and games, and much more! Coming soon: puppy training, loose leash walking, and tricks and games.
     

Okinawan Karate 


Uechi-Ryu Karate-Do is a traditional system with strong Chinese roots. This class emphasizes on flexibility, body mechanics, and self-defense techniques. Instructor Steven Gossis a Seventh-Degree Black Belt with 40 years of experience and is a West Coast Representative of Okinawa Karate-Do Kyokai. 
      

Country & Western Line Dancing 


Join Jan Blakely as she leads this fun class through several popular line dances including Lonely Drum, Hid the Wine, Drinking Problem, Stomp Like That and more. No-partner-needed. 

Belly Dance

 - Troupe Benat Serat 

Learn to move with rhythm, grace, and expressions. Belly dance is a fun way to exercise, stretch, and tone muscles. The classes will cover basic steps, veil work, cymbal patterns, history of the dance, and costuming. Belly dance is for any size, any age, any experience, any skill level, or anybody, including you!


 

Freestyle Fitness

 

Join Jenny’s Freestyle Fitness class for exercise tailored to your needs.  Focus on balance, coordination, muscle tone, flexibility, stretching, low-impact dancing and moderate cardio.  Dress comfortably, wear athletic shoes and bring water.  Light weights are encouraged.  Be prepared to have fun while getting a nice workout.

Zumba

Join Carmen’s Zumba Class for 60 minutes of high-octane, Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves like Salsa, Cumbia, Samba, Soca and Pop combined with a series of strength exercises at time intervals. Get the strength-building, metabolism-boosting benefits of training while perfection Zumba moves. Dress comfortably, wear athletic shoes and bring water.

Tang Soo Do
Experience the Benefits of Training in Tang Soo Do. A Traditional Korean Martial Art. Improve self-discipline, focus, confidence, improve endurance, coordination and balance, get in great physical shape, learn to defend yourself, reinforce positive qualities, meet and make new friends in a family environment and Discover the warrior within. Instructor Dan Poorman is 6th Degree Black Belt with over 35 years of experience.
