2017 PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT
Pavement Preservation Schedule Update - 4/10/17
Work will continue throughout this week and the contractor may finish pavement preservation work if forecasted weather conditions prevail. The revised schedule has been posted on the City of Morro Bay website & Facebook page as well as FM 97.3, “The Rock” and the mobile app, “Nextdoor.com”.
Please adhere to the ‘No Parking’ notices that will be reposted 72 hours in advance of each work day.

City staff is work cooperatively with Pavement Coatings Company, the City’s contractor, to resolve discrepancies on less than 3000 square feet of the 2,500,000 square feet of work that has been completed under the first delivery order of a 2-year contract that may last up to 6 years. This represents an exceptional level of performance and the City looks forward to continuing this successful working relationship for many years.
