The City’s Community Committee has released a Committee summary and a draft Short Term Vacation Rental (STR) Ordinance for public review. The Planning Commission will be reviewing the draft STR ordinance at its August 18, 2020 meeting. The Tourism Business Improvement District Advisory Board (TBID) will be reviewing the draft STR ordinance at its August 20, 2020 meeting. City Council review of the Ordinance will follow after these meetings.
