[ARCHIVED] Community Development Block Grant 2024 funding available

The Department of Social Services Homeless Services Division is excited to announce the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2024 Action Plan. The total estimated CDBG allocation for the City of Morro Bay is $51,228, with up to 15% ($7,684) of that available for public services projects. 

Funding sources available include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Home Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan Program (HOME-ARP), Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA), County General Funds, and Title 29 funds. These funds are available entitlement funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
