NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Morro Bay City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at the Morro Bay Veterans Hall, 209 Surf Street, Morro Bay, at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, to consider the following:
- Presentation of User Fee Study results and adoption of a resolution amending the schedule of fees and charges for City services for Fiscal Year 2025/26.
Interested individuals are invited to be present and will be given an opportunity to speak on the item. Written comments are also accepted by the City Clerk via email at council@morrobayca.gov or by mail prior to the meeting at 595 Harbor Street, Morro Bay, CA 93442 and will be distributed to the City Council.
The last fee study was completed in 2019 and changes since then have been based on CPI/CCCI. ClearSource Financial Consultants conducted a fee study which was completed in July 2025. The resulting User and Regulatory Fee Study Report is available on the City’s website at www.morrobayca.gov, and is available upon request by contacting the City Clerk’s office at (805) 772-6205.
