At its October 13th meeting, the Morro Bay City Council authorized use of $100,000 in SB 1090 (economic development) funds to assist Morro Bay small businesses who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19, either in terms of economic losses and/or new expenses to operate safely under State and County health guidelines. Businesses that meet the grant requirements and criteria are encouraged to complete and submit an application to citymanager@morrobayca.gov by Friday, October 30th. Funds will be dispersed late November 2020.
